Google Removal of Controversial Memorandum of the Gender Dispute -
Google is reported to have fired employees who wrote internal memos regarding company diversity policies. This memo has made a storm throughout Silicon Valley because it says women can not work like men because of biological limitations.

James Damore, a Google technician who wrote the memo, has confirmed the dismissal. He explained that the reason he was fired was that of "perpetuating gender stereotypes". Google representatives did not respond to a comment request from Bloomberg.

Earlier, Google CEO Sundar Pichai sent a note to employees on Monday saying that some of the employee's memos were judged to "violate our Code of Conduct and cross borders by promoting dangerous gender stereotypes in our workplace." But he did not say whether the company will take action against the employee.

"Saying that our friends have properties that make them less biologically appropriate for the work is offensive and not good," Pichai said in a memo entitled "Our words matter".
